100% refund (minus $5 processing fee) prior to June 1st

50% refunds June 1st - June 30th

No Refunds after July 1st.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ESC Registrar at chezlouiseinc@yahoo.com Refund requests submitted verbally or to any other club representative will be considered invalid.

PLAYER /COACH REQUESTS and TEAM FORMATION

U6 REQUESTS: ESC will make every reasonable effort to try to honor requests for coaches and friends as they put U6 teams together. However, sometimes this is not possible and ESC makes no guarantees that special requests will be honored.

U8 and OLDER REQUESTS: ESC will make NO attempt to honor requests for friends to play together or requests for a specific coach in the U8 and older age groups.

All teams in the U8 and older age groups are formed with the intent of building balanced teams in both age and numbers. Teams will be formed to minimize travel for practices, however due to ESC’s large geographic boundary, cross-town travel for practices and/or games is possible.

COACHING REQUESTS : A Coach and one Assistant Coach may request to work together and have their children on their team.

2025 SEASON DATES and GENERAL INFORMATION

Coaches will receive their rosters in late July and they will be advised to contact players ASAP. Practices may begin the week of August 1st.
Picture day - August 23rd
Games begin - August 24th

The game schedule will be published approximately one week before the season starts as provided by SRYSL.
