Referee Feedback
Empire Soccer Club values feedback from coaches, players, spectators, and other officials on all of our referees. We want to know the good, the bad, and the so-so. We then use this feedback to help give directed training and praise to our referees. Constructive, honest feedback is the only way this is accomplished. If you would like to give feedback please use the link below. At the end of the season each of your forms will be counted as 1 entry towards a raffle for a $100 prize.
